Hi, I’m Aurora, a Norwegian girl currently living in England, where I study nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. While studying Graphic Design, I was forced to put
my life on hold when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

By changing my diet, I quickly noticed positive changes, which began an adventure into what food can do to your body and mind. This process initiated “The Indie Broccoli.”

I hope you will enjoy this project reflecting my visual language, but most importantly my favourite recipes.
